Trainee Dental Nurse Observations
At the practice we have 2 trainee dental nurses, Ellie and Leah. During their dental nursing course, they have to be observed by their tutor whilst they are carrying out procedures alongside our dentists/therapists at the practice. The observations are done virtually. We ask the patients that are booked into the diary for their permission to have the tutor to observe the treatment being carried out. The observations are just to allow the tutor to see how well the girls are getting on and making sure their work is at a high standard. The girls are getting on really well with their training so far.
