Following on from our last blog about Pre Appointment Forms..
It is super important that we have your correct mobile number and email address. If your contact details have changed call us or email us to update them.
You will be sent an email and a text with your pre appointment forms two days before your appointment so if we have your wrong contact details then it means you won’t receive the forms which may result in you not filling them in and the appointment being automatically cancelled.
We also do a confirmation call the day before your appointment so if we don’t have your correct number then we won’t be able to call you to confirm that you are attending.
Having the correct address is also important as when we complete treatment for you we need to send it off to the NHS and we are unable to do this if we don’t have a valid post code.
